•Knowledge of the requirements and rules of international payment systems;

What to do:
• Daily contact with payment service providers (PSPs) to maintain effective relationships;
• Manage all PSP solutions across countries and regulations;
• Implementing updates on current solutions while looking for new solutions;
• Work with payment service providers (PSPs) on payment issues;
• Negotiation of new agreements with payment service providers (PSPs);
• Completing relevant documentation to assist with onboarding new payment service providers (PSPs) and maintaining corporation records;
• Coordination with other departments;
• Monitor daily transactions to ensure proper workflow;
• Identification of any possible technical issues that may disrupt the normal workflow and interaction with the technical team to resolve them;
• Daily reconciliations of all payment service providers;
• Monitoring failed transactions and taking necessary action in each case.
