– confident knowledges of bank account opening and KYC / AML procedures of EU financial institutuons;

– legal drafting and documents revision (commercial agreements, terms and conditions);

– strong knowledges of international / foreign entities administraion (several jurisdictions including Cyprus);

– basic knowledges upon international tax structuring (both commercial and corporate), incl. CFC, AEOI (OECD) and EU VAT regulations;

– understanding of marketing and online gambling / betting spheres as a strong plus;

What to do:

– bank / EMI accounts openning (filling forms and providing required documents with further negotiations);

– assistance in corporate administration (written resolutions, POAs, employment contracts, coordination of financial and tax statements preparation);

– assistance in regular commercial negotiations as a legal counsel;

– revisions of policies, terms and conditions for counterparties and consumers;
