•Preparation of a plan for events during the conference and supervision;
•Monitoring and selection of contractors with the best working conditions and building strong partnerships with contractors;
•Presentation and defense of projects, substantiation of estimates to the internal customer, as well as presentation of the project to the client;
•Organizational assistance to the HR department in internal activities;
•Management of the budget and profitability of the project at the stage of preparation, implementation, financial report on the results.
